NordSoft IT and business analytics and software architects will approach you to learn as much as possible about your business needs and requirements. To protect your private information or intellectual property, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you deliver any project-related information.

We do not expect you to present us well-defined and/or structured requirements. Just speak out your thoughts and expectations and it is quite enough for us to start analyzing your project.

Proposal

After you submit your Request for Quote to us , we prepare a proposal which describes workload estimation and project costs, suggestions on the project architecture and technologies, development process and contractual scheme details.

Defining Project Scope

We form a core team that gathers knowledge about business area of the project, formalizes requirements for the product and prepares vision/scope documents for your project. We envision the overall direction for the project, including determining which features the solution will and will not include, and a general schedule for delivery. The team prepares the functional specifications, works the design process through, and prepares work plans, cost estimates and schedules for the various deliverables.

In most cases (depending on initial documentation completeness and detail level, time frames and other factors) we prepare detailed project plan containing schedule, efforts estimations and quotes.

Development Process

Usually we suggest splitting a project into several iterations (steps, stages, versions). In general, typical project iterations include:

• Initial requirements gathering and planning
• Requirements detailing and project details specification
• Prototype creation(Pilot project)
• Submission of demo versions to your approval
• Functionality escalating and comprehensive product testing
• Product version releases
• Complete functional product production and stabilization, users training

First stage of the project - we prepares product prototype(Pilot project) for proof of concept. This allows the customer to review the future system and to give their feedback at an early stage of the development.

We understand, that the Customer who lives thousands of kilometers away, has never been in Belarus and doesn’t know anything about our country. He needs something more convincing to have the possibility to choose NordSoft as his partner. Pilot Project is a small project or a part of project. The aim of the Pilot Project is to convince the eventual buyer that NordSoft is a competent company.

After we accomplish the project the customer can decide if he wants to cooperate with us.

Transparency
